My story
I grew up in New Orleans — a city that teaches you grit before it teaches you anything else. That foundation shaped how I approach everything: real estate, leadership, and life.
Over eleven years in the industry, I've gone from agent to State Managing Broker and VP of Broker Operations at ENRG Realty — one of the most forward-thinking cloud-based brokerages in the country. I operate at a national scale, recruiting and developing agents across multiple states while staying active in personal production.
I'm not a behind-the-desk broker. I'm in the trenches with my agents — coaching, closing, and building something real. My job is to make sure the agents under my roof have every tool, every resource, and every advantage to build a business they're proud of.
